New Ukraine “aid” bill would bring the total to over $173 billion, over $1,300 per American household and over $11,500 per Ukrainian household.
This will continue to drive higher inflation and mortgage rates across the US – making every American family pay the price.
If this new bill is implemented, our total aid to Ukraine will be more than the annual wages paid out to every American worker in all agriculture, mining, and oil and gas extraction industries.

Every time the federal government spends money, it forcefully takes that money from hard-working Americans.

Since the beginning of COVID and dramatic federal deficit and Fed money printing increases, prices are up:
37.4% - used cars and trucks
30.4% - energy
24.4% - food
20.1% - overall housing costs
18.8% - overall

I continue to keep track of the Money supply thru the Mises web site. The Feds are actually cutting back! This usually results in a Recession. Reagan did the same thing but because he also cut taxes and red tape the pain was minimized and Inflation cut way back.

In these difficult times we all have to make sacrifices.
It’s probably double clout. They use all kinds of chicanery and shady accounting to get it that number. One of the things they love to do is to take an M1 tank, Bradley, or a missile that was built 20 or 30 years ago, they count the value of the weapon not at replacement cost, but as a fully depreciated piece of equipment. One of their really hilarious tricks is to say they were going to cut up that Bradley anyway, and that would cost him money to do. So they even give it a negative price tag and claim they were saving money.

That means the US government will create debt to prop up our economy - and what better way of creating a new debt cycle than spending it on things that are not durable goods - bombs, bullets, tanks, and planes.

This is puzzling. Why would they do something that would wreck the economy right before an election? Are they so sure the fix is in that they are not worried about losing power? My theory is that the CCP picked Biden to sabotage America. Presidents usually go up in popularity during a war. Is that what they are counting on?
100 billion last year sent to Ukraine, mostly in older weapons out of a total US budget of 6.5 trillion, is a drop in the bucket.
Destroying our enemies military without one US injury or death is a worthwhile goal and an important warning to China. US spent 5% of its military budget(Donating mostly older weapons) to destroy half of Russia’s capability with the help of Ukraine.
