Why No Surveillance Videos of the Hart Senate Building Insurrectum?

It was a shock to see the Insurrectum in the Hart Senate Building in which an aide to Senator Ben Cardin, Aidan, got his Maese Czeropskied. However, that video was recorded by the Mounter filming Aidan, the Mountee.
So what about the official surveillance cameras which are all over the buildings on Capitol Hill? Did they not happen to be on in that chamber? If so, what did the Capitol Hill police do with that recording of an Insurrectum? Did they just avoid taking any action because the Insurrectum involved the aide to a Democrat Senator?
