This another speculation response without fact or evidence. Weather was an issue, known fact, landing direction was the opposite of most KBay landings, not unheard of but opposite most. Regardless, a pilot knows where to put the AC down. Maybe they put it down right, maybe brake issues, maybe, maybe, maybe.
I’ll wait for the conclusion of the investigation.
