But I fear it would only reinforce Democrats’ calls and intentions to stack the court with their own overriding additional picks if they get a full majority in the WH and Congress. They are really sore losers - this is clearly evidenced by the whining and crying they’re doing over the overturning of Roe v Wade. They were THREATENING and plotting against the Justices who voted for it - remember?
And? Roe was overturned 6-3.
