California and Texas on the same side? And their armies (or the Floridians) making it all the way to DC? No American would have thought that up.
“The Beach” based on Garland’s novel was alright. So was “28 Days,” which he wrote the script for. “Annihilation,” which he scripted and directed was horrible. The consensus was that the effects were good, but the story was very poorly thought out: After a meteorite hits, an all-woman exploratory team goes into a mysterious “shimmer” zone without protective gear and picks up possibly toxic flora and fauna and brings them up to their faces to smell.

My thought is, when the fighting does actually start, and I think it eventually will, what the Supreme Court has to say about it won’t really matter.

The left. Example? Student loan buy offs. They ruled against Joe and well, he did it anyways. With zero pushback. So why should we play by the rules while the other side does whatever the hell they want?

nope, but a buddy of mine said it was like CA went red and Texas blue and decided with a WTF, to join up against the feds. While I expect Texas to go purple to blue starting next year, I can never see Kali going red. Of course 2 states being separated geographically but in ideological agreement is just stupid. if they were going to do that, they should have went with something more believable like Texas and Florida......Darlin
