Exotic species such as pythons, Asian carp and cane toads often dominate the invasive species discourse. Few biological invaders, however, have wreaked as much ecological havoc as one of our most cuddly companions: cats.
Despite their small stature and memeable mugs, domestic cats (Felis catus) are perfectly adapted killing machines, armed with retractable claws, sharp fangs and night vision. And these potent predators are anything but picky. The circle of life.
Whether big cats or small cats.

Shame these ferocious kitty cats don’t prey on progressive dumbarses.

I like them both. I do like watching a kitty take on alligators. Those gators back off.
I wish they would just concentrate on killing all the mice.
And yes, I’m a bit surprised they didn’t try to connect cats to Climate Change. But maybe that will be covered in a future issue.
Homo sapiens kill more...
Squirrels, Opossums, lizards of all types, pigeons, sparrows, cardinals, rats, mice, moles, voles, Cicadas, and a small raccoon.
He will also chase ground dwellers into the pool and then cut off any exit until they tire and drown.
YEP my indoor kitties can visorate a roasted chicken still in the grocery bag immediate ATTACK!!!
That is WHY we got them and why God made them!!!
