"Declassified Intel: Russian Losses are STAGGERING! 13 Dec Ukraine Daily Update Combat Veteran Reacts" Excellent report on US intelligence estimates -- 316,000 Russian troops lost of the 360,000 originally sent to Ukraine = 87%.
Also 2,200 lost, of Russia's 3,500 tanks sent to Ukraine = 63%
These are US intelligence estimates, not Ukrainian numbers.
