I remember that . . . attorney Leo Donofrio was pursuing it. Things got kind of weird toward the end, and if I'm remembering correctly, Donofrio claimed he had received threats of some kind, which caused him to drop his pursuit. However, he always came across as very flamboyant and with a penchant for drama, so who knows if the "threats" were real?
I suspect that to the SC Edwin Meese will have more legal credibility than Leo Donofreo.
