The GOP establishment has abandoned Ron DeSantis after he failed to resonate with voters, and they are now throwing their support behind the unpopular warmongering establishment princess, Nikki Haley. However, their hopes of installing another pro-war globalist are falling apart, as indicated by a recent CNN poll.
Despite becoming the darling of the out-of-touch donor class, Haley has been making significant mistakes. In reality, there is no actual GOP primary competition to speak of; President Trump remains the clear frontrunner. Meanwhile, Nikki Haley is actively promoting left-wing agenda items.

Something to think about: in all the 'debates', hardly anything addressing the concerns of the electorate was discussed imho. Ramaswamey talked the talk, but something is off about the guy.
Four years can be forever in politics, but MAGA needs to be thinking about 2026 and 2028 in the background. Operating under the assumption that Trump does win and somehow rights the ship, I'll be damned if we have that, only to have some squish or pretender claim that legacy, and then turn around and do what they can to dismantle it, ala what GHW Bush did after Reagan.
Sununu’s endorsement is going to give her a big boost, I’m sure.

Just heard the Haley may not participate in the Iowa debate. She evidently doesn’t want to be torched by Vivek Ramaswamy again. It is much easier for her to send American troops to die in some far-off battlefield than for her to face Vivek Ramaswamy.
They are pushing hard. There is a poll showing Mitt in drag beating dementia Joe by 17 pts, but Trump only beats him by 4.
Then they went on about “electability”.
They fooled me once with Mitt, I will not vote for Mitt in a skirt.
If I hear how she is “surging in the polls” one more time I’ll puke. Her numbers flatlined just like Biden’s brain activity.
Reject any candidate backed by the GOPe leadership and the donor class because that candidate has already been bough and will happily f**k voters over for the money.

Good points. Any thoughts on who should succeed Trump if he wins in 2024? For awhile DeSantis looked promising and he still has a strong record on cracking down on wokeness and voter fraud, but I’m open to other suggestions.
I also agree that something is off about Ramaswamey. I understand that everyone vilifies their opponents in the debates, but why is he focusing on Haley unless she has a much better chance of winning than I think she does? He kind of reminds me of some male Freepers who spend more time and energy attacking conservative women than male liberals. So pass on Vivek from me.
1) I still do not believe the RNC will grant their nomination to Donald Trump.
2) Of course Biden will not be the nominee, but if he is, I would vote for him before Haley. The premise of the Haley campaign is that Republican primary voters are mostly stupid (TBD), but hopefully her being crushed in NH will disprove it.
3) I agree about thinking ahead. I have been doing that, to the point that I no longer think about the ruined Constitution. I’m focused on the Declaration, especially on part about instituting “new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness”, since very few people are safe or happy.

If Trump should win I don’t see any Republican on the horizon except for maybe DeSantis that’s worth a bucket of goat snot.
Don’t get me started about the congressional Republicans, they are more loathsome and vile than the Democrats and they have nothing there or in the future I care to vote for, save a Rand Paul type senator.

Nimrata Haley can't afford to have anyone continue to call her out for being nothing more than a paid hack, an ignorant one at that. In addition to be a war-whore, she's ineligible to serve as President since she was born to two foreign citizens.
Base Republicans strongly believe Americans have been subjected to one con after another from out-of-touch elites in recent years. Nikki Haley is awful. She lost 4 debates, and takes stupid positions.
For instance, she is for doxing everyone on the Internet which is illegal. Now she had to back track.
Nikki wants to send American troops to the non NATO country Ukraine to protect its borders from Russia.
While at the very same time she is for open borders here in the USA.
