The odds may still be stacked against her in the Republican primary. But should former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley capture the nomination, a stunning new poll suggests the general election would be a cakewalk for her.
According to a new poll from the Wall Street Journal out Saturday, Haley — in a hypothetical one-on-one matchup with President Joe Biden — currently has a remarkable 17-point lead, 51-34. Should the matchup materialize and the margin hold, it would represent the largest winning general margin since 1984 — when former President Ronald Reagan topped Walter Mondale by 18 points.
Of course, in order for that matchup to happen, Haley would have to beat former President Donald Trump in the Republican primary — and the most recent polls still show her trailing in that contest by 40 points or more.

F-ing LOLtastic swamp propaganda. Some people really buy this BS?
Nikki has the deep state well in her pockets, Vivek does too as the secondary.
We absolutely need our The Donald again.
Nikki Hillary is not my choice by a longshot.
Mediaite is a Left-wing rag. They are desperately hoping that anyone other than Trump wins.
She trounces Biden by 17, Trump only by 4, yet she is 40 points behind Trump. Yeah, the fact these morons believe their own excrement is astounding.
Nikki is Barack Hussein Obama in a skirt.
Manchurian Candidate.
The far-left, northeast media loves her.
Haley, the endorser of children can be butchered in the name of transgender “rights” doesn’t have a chance. Nice try deep state pinkos.
Horse Pucky
It could be accurate in that those that selected Haley over Biden were basically saying “anyone but Biden”, whereas the Trump comparison was with his likely opponent.
Only an idiot would believe this poll.
It doesn’t matter what I believe or don’t believe about Trump’s vote total in 2020 (or Biden’s, for that matter). My consistent position about 2020 has been once the Electors who were appointed without objection by the controlling State Legislatures (AZ, WI, MI, PA, GA) voted on December 14, 2020 the election was over and Biden won.
There is no Constitutional support - none - for the idea that voters supersede or have sovereign authority over State Legislatures.
Anyway, my post wasn’t about that.
If Nimrata Haley is the nominee and if Biden is the Democrat, it does not matter who wins, and I believe that, in the long run, Haley in the White House with near-certain Democrat majorities in House and Senate would do more damage to the nation than Biden in the White House until he passes away.
Obviously, though, it won’t be Biden, so the poll result is irrelevant anyway.
Some rats are supporting her to get in office illegally, as Byedone did.
Anything to get DT out and jailed. Then Nazi P will bring down that big gavel.
Attempt to push this nonsense is just more of the same from the establishment
Woman who wants to being Palestinians here.. globalist to her core
Not a shock...the swamp wants Haley.
In Truth almost anyone could beat Biden at this point. Only a hated figure like David Duke would lose to Biden, but it would be close. Biden is a terrible candidate, awful president, and as corrupt as all get out. Bozo could beat him, and be more honest.
Thanks. I love a good laugh on Monday.
At least we know who George Soros has chosen as designated loser.
“There is no Constitutional support - none - for the idea that voters supersede or have sovereign authority over State Legislatures.”
No one has ever, ever, promoted that idea.
Mark Levin painstakingly went over the heretofore accepted historical precedent for what Trump, along with Senators and Representatives, were trying to accomplish with the January 6 rally. It had nothing to do with voters superseding sovereign authority over State Legislatures, an idea you just pulled out of your ass.
Such BS. Nikki is Biden in a skirt.
Well at the very least you are good at guessing.
Yes, that is right. At least you got one right.
