Taking away intellectual property for the greater good sounds very communisty to me. The government gives alot of taxpayer money to all kinds of industries. Will they take the same approach to those patents?

Sounds like what Chavez did in Venezuela. Soon we will be eating the zoo animals like folks in Venezuela. Save a leg for me Clark.
Dictator Biden is at it again.

I SERIOUSLY doubt anything this administration does will benefit Americans in general.

If the drugs were developed using Federal funds, then this may be appropriate.
I have many patents, but I have no intellectual property rights, because they were all developed on company time.

This is all for nothing, the real problem is US law regarding Big Pharma. No other country allows them to charge outrageous prices.
Example
I am now on blood thinners, for a 2 month prescription at CVS in Mexifornia for Eliquis it was $1441.
I just got my next prescription for 2 months filled by a Pharmacy in Canada for $122.

Yeah you won’t get many new drugs if the patents for the stuff that works gets seized. Anyone above moron knows this.

Or Fascist. In this case I am going to go with FASCISM, but Democratic-Socialists and Socialist-Democrats have many of the same problems.
To: MrRelevant
Read the details. This only can be done if taxpayer funds were used to research and develop the drugs to begin with… under that criteria I got no problem with this.
Tax money used to develop the drugs but then private company profits from it?
No problem with government saying no in these situations

Protecting property rights is a cornerstone of our system of government. This administration doesn’t give a schiff about property rights.
