Should Trump win in '24, I have some questions. Hear me out..

Should Trump win in '24 (assuming he wins by a margin big enough to overcome blatant democrap cheating, i.e. mail in ballots, machine cheating, ballot dumps, etc., and assuming he's going to go after the democraps for doing to them what they are doing to him:

1) Where does he find enough HONEST people (not owned, incorruptible, unbribeable) people to run the departments necessary to do this? Do they even exist any more? Who would Trump appoint to run the FBI? DOJ? Who does he appoint as the AG who would have the cajones necessary to get the job done?

2) How many republicans (RINO'S) currently in the Senate and House will back him and I don't just mean getting mad, pounding a table and promising "investigations" (Looking at you Linda), but actual action..

3) How does he prevent leaks?

4) Who does he appoint VP who will carry on his agenda in the event deep state goes Kennedy on Trump?

I don't know. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think he can find enough people NOT owned by the deep state who will serve the interests of America and the American people to do what must be done.

As much as I want to see the squad, Pelosi, Shiff, Cheney and the rest perp walked, I don't see it.

In the wise words of George Carlin, "It's a big club, and we ain't in it".

He needs to got to the states find the talented and honest mid to upper-level managers at agencies. A few do exist.
He can go to senior military fired over not getting the vaxx.
He needs to go to fellow billionaires who support him and ask them to allow him to raid their top talent.

That is a small portion of the kind of good thinking Trump and his team and closest advisors will certainly consider.

There are many good thoughts by others on this thread. For instance, fruser1's suggestion that Trump install former Internal Affairs LEO's in the agencies seems most appropriate given the multitude of back-stabbers and leakers in D.C.

Needless to say, after his first term, Trump is now smart enough to deep check recommendations offered by those he listens to.

Trump also has reliable patriot friends and connections in both the military commands and intelligence branches, all of whom will be eager to help cleanse the ranks.

Those who predict it will be the "same ole, same ole" Trump are naive or are trolls. The anti-MAGA's greatly fear Trump for good reason.

That’s ridiculous.

How can we advance the MAGA agenda without first addressing the elephant in the room? The deep state stole that election and then weaponized the DOJ to punish and silence all dissent. That’s abject tyranny.

No MAGA issue is more important than that, and to dismissi it as Trump’s personal “retributions against those who he believes have wronged him” is to seriously miss the point.

Trump is the only one with the courage to fight back against tyranny, and he is absolutely right to keep his primary focus just where it is.

Someone else called it Trump’s “late night rants” … it’s so sad to see FReepers repeating these enemy narratives.

ldquo;Never gonna happen.”

Sometimes it takes a voice in the darkness to tell the world the truth. I believe both parties are fighting Trump for the same reason...they fear him. If he gets back in, and currently the polls have him in a landslide, then he will have to chip away by cramming his people into the system in every position he can and take the job security away from these rhinos and liberal attack dogs with no teeth except the false ones they own. Public notoriety is the way to do it and he can have the mike as the POTUS to get it done. And the hiring of a good press agent to do that is high on his list. Every time in my past that a conservative group steps to the mike and shoots the liberals in the foot in a sidewalk entry the libs look like the roadrunner getting away. Let the execution begin. wy69

Sorry, but Trump will make the same disastrous picks as he did before. Starting with his VP and on down the line.

He doens't make the same mistakes twice. He knows how deep the swamp is and I'll bet he'll stay clear of "recommended" picks by political insiders.

Depends on how serious he is about cleaning up the Deep State.

He would first need a dependable group of US attorneys and investigators.

Then he would probably need to find a clean group of US Marshalls to go in and arrest officials at:

DOJ

FBI

CIA

Present and former members of Congress and the Senate,

The DC circuit judges

Fani Willis, Raffensperger et alia in GA

Adams, James, Energon in NY

Anyone who participated in the whole "Russia collusion," phony impeachments and false prosecutions brought against him.

Last, to make sure he can do this he first needs to clear out DOD: starting with the Joint Chiefs working his down through the ranks, sacking all the opportunists, liars and regime butt kissers.

If he wants to go big he starts by cleaning the military, arresting the others and putting them before military tribunals for treason and having them all shot.

You're halfway there. Now check alternative MAGA sources and check their guest lists. That should answer your first question.

That only partially answers question (1). People MAY be out there, WHO is actually willing to do what is necessary KNOWING deep state will go after them and will ruin them, their families, private sector job loss, etc is an entirely different question.

No, it was more than a "partial" answer. Did you check the guest list of alternative MAGA source. As I said, that should answer your question.

My prayer is that the Lord will put in place individuals who will shed light on darkness in our government and land - and that evil actors will be removed.

Yes. However;

‘This decision is by the decree of the watchers, and the sentence by the word of the holy ones, in order that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, gives it to whomever He will, and sets over it the lowest of men.’ Dan 4:17

I don't know but I think Matt Whittaker would be a good choice for attorney general. I've seen him many times on Fox and he impresses me as being an honest attorney.

FWIW, he was a tight end for the University of Iowa and played in the 1991 Rose Bowl

That was part of the problem with his first administration. The system is set up to continue regardless of who is president-consider we don't have a real president right now, and the government keeps chugging along.

For this reason, Trump needs to triage the most important elements- the problem is that just about the whole government is infected-and the critical departments of Justice, Treasury and Defense are the ones requiring the most attention. And then there's the State Department- which has always been a weak link for conservative philosophy, but is now run by war-mongering NeoCons.

The real dilemma is that the people needed to reform those departments probably could not get past Senate confirmation. If Trump wins in '24, the GOP goes into full war mode, McConnell in the lead. Even if Trump doesn't break though the logjam, it's still worth it, and critical for the long-term health of the country.

It isn’t the enemy’s narratives. Trump has some real hurdles to overcome - super high negatives - over 50% of the voting public say they will not vote for him, 91 felony indictments (with or without merit), he’ll be the same age as Biden was when he took office, he can only serve one more term, etc. Personally, I’d like to see many of Trump’s initial supporters
- I voted for him twice - take a more pragmatic view for what’s is best for conservatism and therefore, the country. Unfortunately, a significant number are loyal only to the personality of Trump and may be walking into a huge disappointment come November 2024.

The way to do it at scale is to only choose people who attended certain universities.

He can’t do much of anything but hold the presidency and make sure another ballbuster will be elected. This is a generational fight. The democrats have been flooding the departments and bureaucracy with marxist tyrants for 100 years. It’s going to take just as long to clean it out, if possible, or a revolution to pull them out and destroy every unconstitutional bureaucratic office and bureaucrat. WHICH, in my view, is why the immigration issue is the biggest problem. Nothing else matters when the democrats are importing a literal army of American hating violent third world to breed, vote, and fight.

Ben Carson has been floated as the VP pick. I would be OK with him.

Ben Carson is wonderful. Unfortunately, he doesn't bring working relationships with congress critters to help get platform goals passed into law. Without this, we end up with another four years of Trump ruling by executive fiat. Once Trump is out of office, the EOs are overturned day one of the next administration. Just like in 2021.

One of Trump’s worst picks was Ron DeSantis.

What are you talking about? Trump didn't "pick" DeSantis for anything. Raving nutter, voters elected Ron DeSantis.

"... blatant democrap cheating, i.e. mail in ballots, machine cheating, ballot dumps, etc."

This was a campaign promise. One of the first things Trump did was ask Kris Kobock(?) to oversee securing our election. There was even a photo the press took of Trump with Kobock with Kobock holding a list of things to do. It was another manufactured scandal. The media drove Kobock out of the White House and Trump didn't seem to replace him.

It was a big mistake of Trump to not pursue voting integrity.
