In general, Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) is not your friend. We need some inflammation, but not chronic, out-of-control, inflammation.
Exercise kept brain volume, reduced inflammation (TNF), grew neurons in the brain, leading to factors that should reduce obesity-induced cognitive decline.

Why do they keep doing these new “studies” to come up with the same conclusion as my grandma did by just using common sense. I guess the pay is good.
Hard work is good for you. Exercise is good for you. Fresh air and sunshine is good for you. And, idle hands is the devil’s workshop.
