The mRNA created for the vaccine was manipulated to effect the final spike protein to remain longer in a conformation to create a greater antigenic presence. See “the tiny tweak”...chemical and engineering news website.
The LNP used to get the mRNA into the cells gets them into just about all the cells it can encounter. The virus could get into cells which has the ACE2 receptor. (There are many cells which have the ACE2 receptor...but not all).
So any argument which posits that the mRNA vaccine is just mimicking “real life” processes is misleading. It was designed to do a certain task without full exploration of it’s myriad biochemical pathways and effects. As with any drug new side effects and toxicities emerge after greater use. I *knew* there was something bugging me in the back of my mind about the LNP vs. natural viruses.

You just put your finger on it.

This means so many of the deleterious effects of the clot shots are not an unfortunate happenstance of the modified spike protein being the protein coded for by the mRNA sequence: rather, they are inherent in the very mechanism of using LNPs to encapsulate mRNA, all specificity of cell targeting as found within the original virus is lost.
