It’s anyone -perceived- to support vaccination. Those are often also called “shot shills” by the ignorant.
Often, anything less than obedience to the “vaccinations are bad” mantra was criticized. Or noting questionable or quack research (e.g. peer reviewed journals that take names very close to already existing journals, injection sites becoming magnetized, etc).
As noted, people need to make the best choice for them. And seek additional recommendations, etc. In my case, after initially advising that vaccination was recommended, my NP advised I seek out my cardiologist to get a recommendation after further considering my cardio history. My cardiologist recommended waiting for the time being. That was over two years ago and he has since recommended to not get vaccinated given the less serious outcomes of being infected.
