My son has a licensed firearm and has volunteered to remove the problem, but it could cause more problems than we already have due to the small area the beast lives in (3-4 acres surrounded by houses, and what if he misses and the bullet travels beyond the forest?). I’ve been thinking about also becoming licensed and armed. I need to investigate our carry laws and what and where I’d be allowed to shoot. I imagine the circumstances of firearm use are more limited up here (Canada) and I really should learn what they are. Good suggestion if the law permits it.
