I have seen Trump make compliments to members of his audience/rallies before, and tell them how good locking they are.
But usually Trump is just pointing down to them. He doesn’t walk up, invade their personal space, or touch their hear.
Biden’s handlers really need to seriously coach him about boundaries. Shaking hands is great. Everything else is off limits.
