I used to believe that artificial meat milk and cheese would not happen. or if it did—it would not catch on.
now I think it will happen. its happening now. how popular it will become is another matter.
I remember Microsoft bought a clone system from Seattle Computer Products which was adapted for IBM, but the copyright issue with Digital Research was an entirely separate issue.
And Gates' mom knew the CEO of IBM from charity work. That didn't hurt either.
