Those posts show the totals since Day One (February 22, 2022) and then the daily update.
For example, as of November 13, 2023, Russian total killed (or permanently wounded?) are put at 312,550 with the daily update being +800.
Nearly all of those +800 new killed represent Russian "meat assaults" at places like Avdiivka and now again Bakhmut.
These are Ukrainian estimates, of course, and Russians don't admit to anything like the same numbers.
US estimates put Russians killed or wounded at circa 300,000 with Ukrainian totals circa 200,000.
There are questions as to which army better treats its wounded and how many survive or can return to duty.
Also worth noticing that a large percentage of Russian casualties are not actually Russian Russians, but rather ethnicities -- i.e., Chechnyans -- under Russian rule.
