Great analysis. I will argue there is however a problem.
The numbers.
I have come to the conclusion that the Chinese economy is in much greater peril than is stated. I disbelieve all numbers related to the Chinese economy that are official
There is no way there is growth in the economy for 2023
There is method to the madness.
Xi has to destroy all aspects of the economy in order to totally rebuild a completely to the bone communist society. Rather than agricultural communes, the new communism will be based on corporate and industrial CCP organizations.
-—the new communism will be based on corporate——: To put a finer point on that thot, the chicoms already tried that. The brought in bigger farm machines, grouped farms together, tried to establish kibbutzes, etc. But the farmers wouldn’t do it. They have had to go back to man-sized plots. Chinese farmers just don’t like to work for “the man.” The Russians found out the same thing about 40 years ago. And my 9th Great Grandad, William Bradford, found that out at the Plymouth Colony about 1620.
XI may very well have visions of communing the whole bleeping place but there are somewhere around an even billion chinamen who won’t go along.
The CCP has been expanding its money supply much faster than the US has.

Interesting take, bert.
The cozy "Arrangement" between money interests and the state's all-powerful social control is not Mao's or Stalin's communism, but the fascism of the Third Reich or the current-day Uniparty of the USA.
