When Gordon Lightfoot passed away earlier this year, the Mariners’ Church of Detroit rang its bell 30 times. Once for every man on the Edmund Fitzgerald. And once for Lightfoot.

The same will happen today.
When I worked downtown (3 years) I attended the service each of 2 years on 11/10.
