Le Cheval-—Scrumptious Asian Fusion Dishes
A wonderful restaurant for great Asian fusion dishes. It has Vietnamese, French Asian Fusion dishes that are very tasty with great sauces and spices. We started with the fresh shrimp spring rolls. So very good and fresh. The sauces were both sweet and spicy. Some of the best we have ever had.
Next was the Saigon Hot and Sour soup. Again, very good and an amazing assortment of ingredients with flavorful Asian spices.
Then stir fried noodles, prawns with mixed vegetables, and the salmon claypot to share. All were very good and full of nice spices with very unique tastes. We truly loved this place and the total meal. Service was very nice and courteous.
