“Just stop treating artificially sweetened/flavored drinks as water.”

I drink a lot of water because I’m diabetic. But I also consume a particular soft drink for the bubbles and it helps clear my throat. And that’s diet seven up.

Besides having no calories, it contains nothing mentioned in any red flag said about soft drinks except it does have 2% of a daily allotment of sodium per can. And that’s all. It is a refreshing change from water, cool aid, unsweetened ice tea, (caffine), and unsweetened lemon aid. And because it has little taste I have mixed lemon aid with it for a change.

Think about it. Might be a good substitute for you.

And I’m sure that you don’t fall under the criteria they list for people who should “quit” soda.

It’s not just cliche’: All things in moderation (except poisons).

Just try to avoid that splenda crap.
