“Best diet drinks”

Diet Dr Pepper, Diet Cheerwine, Diet Sundrop, Diet Mountain Dew, Unsweetened Iced Tea

A lot of people, like myself, are diabetics and deal with many different things. If you already have diabetes, however, the impact of caffeine on insulin action may be associated with higher or lower blood sugar levels. For some people with diabetes, about 200 milligrams of caffeine — or the equivalent of one to two 8-ounce (240-milliliter) cups of plain, brewed coffee — may cause this effect.

Caffeine affects every person differently. If you have diabetes or you’re struggling to control your blood sugar levels, limiting the amount of caffeine in your diet may provide a benefit. WEB/MD

Of the ones you mentioned, even thought they match up well as diet drinks, their caffeine content is high enough to disqualify a diabetic making it their drink of choice.

Only Cheerwine has a true non caffeine drink but it can only be purchased in parts of North Carolina according to their website.

Thanks for the info.
