A military draft is a form of slavery which we tolerate at times when something like WW2 is going on, since if we ever lost something like that, we’d all be slaves. But that is about it. The idea of telling the boy next door that he has some kind of a patriotic duty to go into harm’s way for the sake of a geopolitical game is totally reprehensible.

And yet, if I understand correctly, your side in this debate is driving themselves berserk with unfounded claims that a certain Denys Davydov is a "draft dodger" and that makes him:

So, it turns out, doesn't it, that all of those calling Davydov an "absolute scumbag" based on no evidence whatever, have never themselves served even one day, at least not in the US military.
