The short answer is yes - covid spike proteins, no matter how you get them, are disease causing agents.
They cause inflammation for sure. That said I’d much rather get the virus, than turn my own body into a spike protein manufacturing plant.
It is now an accepted fact that the mRNA “vaccines” are contaminated with SV40 DNA from the manufacturing process. These stable plasmids can cause the spike protein to be made for long periods of time.

You didn't. I'm usually pretty mellow until somebody intentionally targets me for harassment over and over.
All of my siblings caught Covid prior to being vaxed. None had a terrible experience with it. They all ended up taking the vax later due to work requirements and have all had covid again two or three times that was much worse than when they caught it naturally. That made me wonder if having covid that was caught naturally had the same negative impact on the heart and other places as the vax. My baby sister is refusing anymore boosters after reading about the negative effects on the heart.
