He got a lot of bang for his buck — and not in a good way.
A tourist’s attempt to photograph a deer ended painfully after the critter rammed him and broke his ribs, as seen in a wince-worthy video blowing up online.
“I couldn’t believe it,” Gian Carlo Triacca, 42, told Caters News Service of the attack, which occurred while he and his wife, Erika, 40, were vacationing in Greece. The couple, who hail from Cancun, Mexico, had reportedly been entranced by a menagerie of beasts seen where they were on holiday.

P.O.ed buck mule deer can be scary as krap ...
back in the day, i worked at a government lab located in several hundred acres of natural meadow that housed a resident mule deer herd ... one evening, a YUGE buck with at least 5 points on each rack rose up out of the grass and started pawing and snorting at me ... the deer was maybe 25 yards away and the parking lot was maybe 75 yards further ... i looked around for intervening trees to climb or hide behind and nada ... no way was i gonna run away from this deer ... i SLOWLY walked away without looking at the deer ... one of the times i most scared in my life ...
Play stupid games, win, stupid prizes
Or, from the deer’s point of view, FAFO.
Idiot! You should have sung to it first. Works for bears. Kinda.
Help!
Yes dear. Soon as I get this picture.
Wild rules!
A broken rib will hurt every day for six weeks.
I have heard that bruised ribs only hurt for a month. 😄
I’ve only had the broken kind. Seriously one of the worst pain experiences ever.
Yeah, but a broken rib doesn't hurt constantly, only when you breathe...
Or laugh, or cough, or God forbid if you have to sneeze or throw up.
I couldn’t sleep in a bed at all for three weeks.
Don't give the moron any ideas.
We've already got more than enough of that sort of fool already.
Between that crap, people trying to cuddle with grizzlies or going wading in 300 degree volcanic pools we've got almost a Darwin Award winner every hour out of Yellowstone all by itself.
Add the similar fun and games up at Glacier (substituting 500 foot falls for the goofy wading deal) and Montana usually keeps a whole group of hospitals busy doing nothing but patching up tourists during The Season.
Now that even winters at the parks are being exploited we get to deal with avalanche and freezing "victims" as well.
Two final points:
Montana IS NOT A THEME PARK
F.. AROUND AND FIND OUT.
