“The company ordered 100,000 electric vehicles in 2019 and has 10,000 currently in use”

I understand the meme was wrong but this is interesting. So they have 90,000 vehicles that aren’t being used? Or does it take more than 3 years to get them

“Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Monday signed legislation that makes it a criminal offense to enter the state illegally, setting up a potential clash with President Joe Biden’s administration over immigration policy and border enforcement.”

This is what I just read in the article.

“The custom electric vans began rolling out in 2022, and Amazon said in July it had more than 5,000 electric vehicles in its fleet. That total doubled three months later, with the retailer saying on Oct. 17 that its count surpassed 10,000. The company plans to have 100,000 electric vans in use by 2030.”

I think it will take quite a bit of time to get !00,000 built.
