Have fun at the party, Spunky!

Kapusta is Polish? I think. Roasting pan...add olive oil, a jar of sauerkraut, chunks of potato, carrots, onion, toss it altogether, top with delicious juicy sausages, roast for a couple of hours.

My mom made Kapusta. They were Slovak not Polish but so many of the recipes are similar

I believe the word Kapusta translated means cabbage
