I don’t know who Liz Churchill is but what makes her think that only the First Lady can speak to the New Citizens?

I tried to find where that is the law and I couldn’t.

I think Melania was an excellante choice since she herself went through the citizenship process.

Actually, I responded to Liz Churchill’s post on X. I found an article which stated that speakers are invited, as was Melania. There is no rule or law that states anything about the job being designated to the First Lady.
