Wow! that must have really burned her throat. I knew better then to do that, but I thought that was the way ladies bleached their hair so I tried that and got a burned head.

Think about it though. Our ancestors never had bathrooms or washing stations in the fields. Also they used Cow Manure to fertilize crops.
I wash my produce but just with water in a coriander, rinse several times.
I got ecoli once from bagged salad.
