NEW: The Seattle Police Department is searching for a group of people who are purposely running over pedestrians in a car for fun.
Find them and make an example of them.
In footage from inside the car, someone in the backseat could be heard saying: “Hit this b*tch, hit this b*tch,” right before the car plowed into a pedestrian.
The thugs laughed after each hit and run.
Detectives have not yet found the victims of these attacks but say it’s likely they have serious injuries.
Evil is everywhere. I don’t get this statement though.

I would think if someone was seriously enjured or not even injured after an incident like this they would notify the police.
