I don’t know if it is “legal” but it is just what is done. Today it is one neighbor, and family, and friends. Tomorrow it will be someone else, or both. By New Year’s Eve, it will be 24/7. Don’t bother calling anyone. They are probably doing it, too. ‘Tis the season.
Wow. What a strange way to “celebrate.” Hard to believe that it doesn’t bother THEM....I guess they’re just used to it. My heart goes out to you....it’s going to be a long month.
