I meant to ask, is Canada even worth visiting now with Trudeau and all the crap going on lately. I’m in upstate NY and have often considered a trip. Back in the day we used to drive up to Mont Tremblant, back when they only had 5 cabins!
We camped and biked in Quebec City, a bartender once tried to not give be back change for a drink pretending he didn’t speak English :( Also skied up at Mt. St. Anne. In H.S our band took an exchange trip to Toronto.
Is Montreal worth a visit? Let’s just say I avoid NYC and prefer Boston.

We have definitely veered even further left, but I don’t know how or if that would have any affect on you if you’re visiting. Just check to make sure of the status at the border regarding vax requirements (Turdeau kept those in place longer than any other country), and, oh! Take the number of people from the Middle East that you remember seeing and multiply it by a million.
