I am SURPRISED they did that. Where did they actually plant them?
In San Jose, CA they planted OLEANDER bushes in the DIVIDERS along the freeways etc. AFTER many years they REMOVED them because the birds were eating the berries from them. Getting DRUNK and flying into the cars.
That’s awful about the only address. Seems in California oleanders were planted in between the freeways too. These olives were planted along the sides of streets, like when they were trying to make a small area look a little festive or if it was a walking path. I bet they regretted it because most of the olives ended up on the ground, big black spots on the concrete.
