I’m back. Must postpone one day. The kitchen is next to living room where son is watching football and fell asleep.. the rattling of pans n immersion blender would wake him.
He had another rough night of nightmares. Woke up screaming. Most of them are reenactment of when his son was killed in May. He experiences again seeing his sons lifeless mangled body next to his girlfriend in same condition
I try hard to respect any sleep he can manage

Oh my, Dolly. That is so awful. I forgot how much your son must be suffering. That is so very sad.
That is SO SAD that your son had to see them in that condition. I pray that someday it will be wiped from his mind.
poor guys, i can’t even imagine what he’s going through
if you eat after 4, does it make it hard to sleep?
That makes my no eating after 10 rule seem really lenient. And I haven’t been able to manage it yet.
