I heard a “Carolyn” reporter say Israel is willing to buy weapons. She said they have the money but not the bunker busters that only US has. I’m ok with that as long as we have enough for our military. I do not know who is credible.
Look we are all horrified by what happened on Oct 7. But the US is essentially bankrupt and on the verge of hyperinflation or default. Israel’s economy is in much better shape than ours and can finance this without additional money from us. It’s not only Israel we’ve been on the hook for billions in aid to Jordan & Egypt so that they play “nice” with Israel. Not to mention the aid we’ve sent to the Palestinians. We are BROKE! We are printing money we don’t have. And you just want us to continue with this irresponsible spending.

I have often wondered the following:
i) FR either has defense contractors or people working for them posting nonsense
ii) It’s Deep State, FIB or whoever
iii) Maybe they just own defense contractor stock so have an interest
Because sometimes what I see here doesn’t make sense otherwise.

I think they have a right to their opinion. But when they try to belittle at an immature level with childish derogatory insults instead of having an adult conversation it discredits their own argument. They are not doing themselves or their stance any favors with this tactic. Last thing this nation needs are children steering the narrative.

I get it the USA is broke. $14B is actually something I can get behind. OTH 99.9% of the time it is a waste of money. This is not one of those times, it is not a waste. YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR GD BRAIN.

I can’t speak for euram but I have seen/posted dozens of threads panning aid to Ukraine.
In fact, FR has been very active on that front and it looks like the GOP has got the message
There are only a FEW of us who are against ALL aid including to Israel. Not many threads I don’t think.
This has huge support here and generally but it doesn’t mean you can’t be against it or point out the pitfalls.
PG88 and Liz have posted staggering numbers in the few threads we’ve had.
You should read and study them.
