Jesus can't come back until Israel as a nation cries for him to come back.

I've never heard that before. That the timetable for Jesus' return depends on Israel's whims. That until Israel calls for Him, the entire world must wait.

Revelation does say that God will wait until the number of martyrs is full. Rev 6:9-11
