According to WaPo, CIA is helping Ukrainian agents enter Russia to assassinate politicians, bloggers, retired military, etc. How would we respond if, say, the KGB helped Iranian agents “liquidate” U.S. citizens they didn’t like?

Now the sheep would not give a damn. And the Ukrainian Nazi worshipers would join with the KGB and aid and abet them.
Changing the subject regarding Syria, which has nothing to do with this. We are in Syria as residual from OIF and trying to referee too many factions that were attacking legitimate forces in western Iraq from ‘safety’ behind Syrian lines. You do that in a conflict, you lose your right to sovereignty.
Regarding 2014, we supported a side in Ukraine, the Yanukovych power sharing agreement collapsed on its own. And if you think Russia wasnt also playing dirty in that one, you are naive.
If Russia or China were doing anything like that in Mexico, WE'D invade.
So, the false narrative you're presenting isn't working to anyone that knows the truth.
It occurred before Yanukovych left the Presidency and de-legitimized the Maidan movement and it's collaborators both in and out of Government.
ried to cut off its access to a naval base in Crimea ???
Really, your history is that bad?The Ukraines agreed to leave Sevastopol alone when the Budapest agreements were formed. Russia took Crimea by force afterwards. Europe helped form a defense force for Ukraine because part of the Budapest agreements was that if Ukraine gave up nukes, they would not be abandoned should russia try to forcefully invade.
Your interpretation of history is very one sided.
My point was our CIA invaded Ukraine as well. Except they did it over 20+ years, reinforcing it as a capital of corrupt money laundering for our Deep State and pols, among others.
As a reminder, we worked with Team Soros in implementing a coup against their democratically elected leader—and installing our string of puppets.
You keep saying CIA initiated. There are lots of theories saying otherwise. In fact, it is surmised the shooters were trying to stoke tensions on both sides and spark violence, with the goal of justifying a Russian invasion. So if you have proof, fine, you believe what you want. I honestly dont know, but dont try to convince me the russian invasions (several over the last 30 years now) are legitimate response to our conducting foreign policy. Honestly, the US has the most pussified foreign policy of any of the super power nations there is. If anything, its weakness inviting Russia to invade, not something we did to threaten them.
Par for the course for both KGB and CIA. Not saying I like that. But going to war over what both sides do is, well, calling Putin a sore loser who is pitching a fit would be an understatement given the lives lost to both sides.
JFK Jr died in a plane crash in 1999.
Any Russian Federation action post 1994 should be evaluated on the degree of honesty of both sides.
“No, fool, that was a response to Russia starting a revolution in the Ukraine, and then seizing Crimea.
Why would any country not build up their army after that??? “
The relevant Revolution was the the 2014 Maidan Color Revolution, which put a Victoria Nuland created Regime aligned with a hostile alliance on an indefensible border with Russia.
You can listen to Nuland’s recorded discussion or find a transcript online.
You’ve totally accepted NATO’s spin on their regime change aspirations.
“Everything we accuse Russia of is actual true of us under Biden.”
Much of the lying and meddling predates Biden. The US was involved in overthrowing democratically elected governments in Ukraine (2014) back to Iran (1953)and earlier (do a search on Banana Wars). Bush Jr.’s war against Iraq was based on a lie - there were no weapons of mass destruction. During the Viet Nam War, there was the Gulf of Tonkin incident - another lie.
They know the history in Ukraine as well as we do. They are just here to troll by claiming otherwise.
oh boy, where do you get this crap?
Nah, I just don’t accept Russia’s spin.
“The relevant Revolution...”
What a joke. Every revolution and coup is relevant to the people of that country. And Russia started it, constantly trying to install puppet dictators in Ukraine, even back in the early 2000s, long before the “Maidan” movement, which was a backlash to the constant Russian interference in their politics.
I'd say similar to the hypocrisy of the reaction to missiles in Cuba (i.e., 'holier than thou').
