Many states don’t allow and don’t count write-in votes. I support DeSantis, so not an issue.

That’s true. Sometimes they’re considered spoiled and are kicked out. Then down-ballot races are tabulated days later in a special run. It creates a mess. At least that’s how it was done in the ‘80s when I worked elections.

But times have changed, and every state is different. Not sure how it works now.

These states don’t allow write in:

Arkansas
Hawaii
Louisiana
Mississippi
Nevada
New Mexico
Oklahoma
South Carolina
South Dakota

However, Trump would handily win as a write in candidate in most of these states, and if their state GOP were to send delegates to the EC who would not vote for Trump if he won in a write in, the GOP is done as a national party.

The establishment needs to wake up... The only way Trump isn’t getting on the ballot is if the RNC refuse to accept him as their nominee... he is going to win the primary with easly 60%+ if not 70%+ of all the votes cast.

There is NOTHING legally that is going to stop him from winning the nomination, and nothing legally that can stop him from being on the ballot.

So the ONLY way Trump is not on the ballot in November is if the RNC refuses to accept the will of its voters and refuses to name him as their nominee.

If they do that, they are DONE as a national party.
