They can’t be sued over vaccines in the U.S., by law.
THey can be sued if any fraud was involved and can be proven.

not a lawyer, but i’ve researched this enough to believe that they can be sued if you come at it from the fraud angle. since their trials and claims are lies, that’s the way i’d do it.
