I wrote my dem senator about the border. here’s his response:

“Our immigrant and foreign-born communities — including asylum seekers, refugees, seasonal workers, recipients of Temporary Protected Status and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, international students, diversity visa recipients, and family members of U.S. citizens — are vetted thoroughly before being allowed to enter or remain in the United States, and are integral members of the U.S. economy and society.”
