So Kahn himself claimed, but in reality, all he had was an alleged Pakistan intelligence cypher to wave around.
And in reality, Pakistan has been remarkably resistant to American suggestions they didn't like, such as our requests to cooperate in... oh, how about finding bin Laden?
So, any suggestion that the CIA sends a cypher from somebody to somebody unknown and all of a sudden, the Pakistan parliament falls in lockstep to American orders is utterly insane, absurd propaganda, regardless of how many other repeaters amplify it.
So, Khan's support for Vlad the Invader's "special military operation" in Ukraine may have been the straw that broke Parliament's back, but it was certainly not the root cause, much less was anything the CIA may or may not have done there.
