When the covid pandemic first made headlines, I recall viewing a NJ based infectious disease physician stating that Hydroxychloroquine was a “game changer,” in his words. Once Trump endorsed it as a treatment, however, it was all downhill from there, and anyone prescribing it was labeled a quack, or worse.
We had a supposed doctor here on FR who was all in favor of Hydroxychloroquine and antibiotics until suddenly he wasn't and it was no good.
He never did explain his sudden reversal.
