I don’t care what Anadolu thinks, they asked the IDF a question and the IDF responded they have no evidence.
And we know this is true because 40 dead babies means 80 parents out there, and we have not heard a single parent come forward and say that their child was killed in this supposed incident.
Maybe it’s because the parents are dead, too. Try thinking out of your box.
But, in this case, we know that children were killed in the attack, and we have heard from their parents. For example, in this video, a father talks about his little girl who was killed:

The pro-Hamas, anti-Israel side spreads lies, so I don't trust anything they say. OTOH, I don't 100% trust the Israelis, either.
Nevertheless, we know that the Hamas terrorists killed Israeli children. It's not hard to believe that toddlers and babies were among them.
