If they tossed her in there as if she was resisting arrest, then wouldn’t that mean she —was— being arrested ?
Sorry, should have been more clear. I don’t see body language from her that indicates resistance. Her head doesn’t even turn toward the woman to her left. I don’t think she is talking or doing much of anything but fainting.
