Another tidbit that points to Joetato being an actor is that he is a bumbling idiot every day ..... until suddenly when he has to give the State of the Union address he is just fine. (This issue was raised on Devolution Power Hour.)
Some people think they give him drugs to make him coherent for a speech like SotU. If so, why not for other events? Also, do you really believe drugs can transform a bumbling, dementia-ridden idiot into a coherent and competent orator? I don’t. (Disclosure: I’m not a doctor or drug expert. But I don’t think it takes an expert to figure that out.)
There are drugs that can improve the mind of senile people.
I don’t know how well they work.
The reason not to use them all the time is that they are less effective every time you use them.
