Kid old enough to know better sprays a crowd, but police wouldn’t want to “stack up” charges by holding him to account for the mass murder attempt over a bag of chips. Yes, much better to coddle mass murderers — wouldn’t want to hurt his chance to be an astronaut or President some day.
This kid was easily going to kill people over some damn chips.
I wonder how he thinks all these retail stores feel when hordes of black people bash in their windows and and steal from them?

He only fired one shot. I’d hit him with as many counts of reckless endangerment or assault with a deadly weapon as there were people in the area. The worst that happens to him is probably confinement until 18, and I’ll bet he gets off with less than that, regardless of how many charges are filed.
