Breitbart ^

Posted on 10/04/2023 6:07:59 AM PDT by Tench_Coxe

"On Tuesday’s broadcast of Bloomberg’s “Balance of Power,” Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) stated that it’s “sad” that the ouster of Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) as Speaker of the House, which he voted in favor of, along with all the Democrats who voted, means that the House can’t act on important issues.

Cuellar said, [relevant remarks begin around 24:45] “It’s sad, it really is sad for the United States. Here we are in the middle of trying to do the appropriations, we’ve got Ukraine, we’ve got border issues, and within the Republican Party, they’re having this civil war. And it’s just sad. It doesn’t help the country one bit at all.

Is Cuellar talking about the USA, or Ukraine?

Because if past performance is an indicator, it ain't the USA he has in mind.

That speaker was making deals with the dems, giving Biden more money to hand out to Ukraine... He had nine months to do something right.. Where do you draw the line

So, this is just 2-3 days, maybe a week or so out of a whole year! And that gives pause to McCarthy’s slight of hand promise to send more money and resources to Ukraine instead of the US border. That should be an open litmus test for the new speaker.

I’d just as soon the Dung Beetle Party knocks off the crap with “da border issues” and “da Ukraine” and starts putting America first. PAFA (Put America First Again). It’s government pay day. My visit to Walmart last night was like a friggin’ day trip to Tijuana. Nobody speaks English there anymore.

The the Democrats should have voted to keep McCarthy in. They cannot vote him out and then say it’s the Republicans fault.

The only things important to RATS and RINOS are CR’s, Pork Filled Omnibus Bills and sending Tax Dollars to Ukraine.

“ That speaker was making deals with the dems, giving Biden more money to hand out to Ukraine... He had nine months to do something right.”

And he failed. He broke every promise he made to get that job.

We have to stop rewarding failure and we have to start punishing aiding and abetting the enemy.

Crocodile tears aren’t very salty.

Most of the ‘problems’ were purposely made by Dems, so it’s a little difficult to take any of this seriously.
