Former President Donald Trump has weighed in on the new relationship between pop music icon Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, indicating whether he thinks the romance will last.
In an interview with the Daily Caller, Trump said, "I wish the best for both of them. I hope they enjoy their life, maybe together, maybe not — most likely not."
The former president’s comments come in the middle of a media frenzy over the alleged romance between the world’s most famous musician and one of the NFL’s biggest stars.

"Careful" and "smart" are the terms that come to mind.
She’s definitely a smart business gal. She overlooks and is in charge of every aspect of her tours and has been for years. She’s no dummy in the business aspect. Her politics are of ignorance, as is for most younger folks.
“to prevent ticket scalping to”
Swift has not done too well on this point. The sales of this recent tour were by far the most SCALPED tickets ever.
I personally know two 50 something year old guys who joined her fan club years ago just to have the opportunity to buy her presale tickets.
FYI, they did the same thing with Hannah Montana years before that. One of the two guys formerly worked for a ticket resale company. Everyone who works for these ticket companies is a member of the fan clubs of multiple entertainers.
Swift has reached her peak. She is a very impressive business woman. It is hard to believe she will still be selling out stadiums in a few years. When she is 40 she will not appeal to teenage and prepubescent girls.
There will be some other pop star that will come along and be the next hot ticket.
He's 100% correct, again.
I think it is actually the polar opposite. If you listen to her song she is all about sex. My kids refer to her as a “love slut.”
Don’t care either way. Her popularity pretty much demonstrates the absolute dearth in decent songs and songwriters these days.
Mama Kelce knows that women like her DO NOT make good wives and mothers. Especially when they go on world tours.
Kelce should take wife shopping advice from the mothers of PGA tour. I have yet to see the wife of one of the winners of a tour major that is not a SMOKE show with one to two kids in tow.
Lindsay and Stevie took their breakup public from the start which is kind of ironic since Stevie would have been nowhere had it not been for Lindsay. When Mick Fleetwood met with him about joining Fleetwood Mac Lindsay insisted that they take Stevie as well.
It was the 80’s, just about everyone in the music biz was using coke.
I myself enjoyed hearing both Christine and Stevie. Different strokes for different folks.
Taylor Swift has built a cult that is as vapid, vacuous and narcissistic as she herself is, which is pretty much the modern tween to twentysomething.
I’ll be glad when she crashes and burns because no one wants to hear her sing about herself anymore. Then some man comes along, swindles her out of her money and she’s left, a skinny old hag, begging for handouts to feed her multitude of cats, who are the only forms of life that will tolerate her old, skinny, wrinkled self.
I am not sure what Taylor could have done about scalping...
I bought the ticket to one of her Sofi Stadium concerts at the last minute...Around 6:30 PM...She starts the concert around 8 pm...
I got the ticket through Vivid Seats...Ticket cost $579...After the fees...I had to pay $767.90...
It was a seat in the upper area...Behind the stage...I did see her on the big screen on the side...Also on big TV monitors on the ceiling...Sofi Stadium has a roof...
For the last hour of the concert, I got out of my seat...I went down to a lower level...I went to the standing room only area right across from the stage...
I was happy to get in although I paid a high price...

You may be right about Taylor...
Eras Tour is the biggest tour of her music career...I do not see how she is going to have another tour, in the future, as big as this one...
I think she will come up with at least one more new album...Then she will probably go on a tour to promote that album...
Beyonce is 42 years old and she has kids...She still managed to go on a tour this year...
I did notice that Swift used F words in some of her recent songs...I guess that she is trying to expand her fan base...
I think you are correct about somebody, younger than Swift, showing up and grabbing people's attention...
In any case, Taylor is very rich...She does not really have to work too hard for rest of her life...
I personally know people that paid well over one thousand to see her at Gillete Stadium. They took their spoiled teenage daughter.
My point is the Eras Tour was the biggest concert tour ever by any entertainer. It literally had a major effect on the GDP of the US. Which is why you had various mayors and governors asking her to add their city to the tour.
I am 60. I have never seen anything like the economic effect her tour had on the GDP of the USA. Every hotel in Boston was sold out when she came to town. Then the price of the train from South Station to Foxborough, MA were sold out for those dates. The train tickets were being scalped for well over double. Then the parking around the stadium was going for three to four times what it was even for a sold out AFC Championship Patriots game. So, it is hard to believe she will top that in the future.
I am not knocking her. She is a great entertainer. Her songs appeal to young girls. Probably a lot of the same girls that dragged their boyfriends to the “Barbie” movie. But she is a POP singer with an OKAY voice who writes catchy breakup songs. She is not a great musician. So, just like all other pretty young woman entertainers(there are hundreds I could list) she better have a good investment team because her time on top is short.
